| Tasting | A bright deep ruby color, aromas of violets, wild cherries and blackcurrant, even toasted bread for certain lots. On the palate, red berries persist, the tannins are fine. |
| Comments | Because it is aged "out of barrels" this Gevrey Chambertin wine is less tannic and more inclined towards the fruit, providing a fresher taste. This is why it will perfectly acompany your white sauces meats, or slightly spicy sauces. |
